About me
I am a self taught artist and have been painting professionally since 1993. I set up my first studio in Oswaldtwistle Mills, Lancashire, initially specialising in pastel portraits to commission, I painted detailed studies of most subjects, from children to motorbikes, houses to horses and everything in between!
In 2007, I fulfilled a long held dream and moved to live and work by the coast in Cumbria. With my husband Steve, we now run Wolf House Studio which is situated in the beautiful village of Silverdale and we offer a wide range of original art, prints and much more, most of it is hand made and produced by us at Wolf House.
I am greatly inspired by this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and my painting has changed considerably in the short time I have been here. The coastline and woodlands are constantly changing providing lots of inspiration.
The Wolf House Studio is open to visitors and is an interesting place to browse. It has a special atmosphere and is filled with a varied selection of my paintings, prints and a small selection of gifts including Steve's hand carved driftwood hearts.
Wolf House Studio is set in the gardens of Wolf House, an old farm house in a wonderful setting overlooking Morecambe Bay. There is also Wolf House Gallery and Tearoom serving delicious home cooked food and drinks.
